Writers may submit as many scripts as they choose. Writing samples will not be returned. To qualify for the program, you cannot have been staffed on a primetime cable or network show.

EVERYONE should be entering this contest - I have great agents, came close to staffing this year and last, and my reps *still* pushed me hard to enter this year. One of the few paths newbies (like me) can follow towards a staffing job.
Does anyone know how a Canadian might be able to get a VIsa to work in the US if you're accepted to the WB program? They say that anyone can apply, but they won't sponsor a visa.
This is a great way to get your foot in the door. The Execs I met over at WB were (and still are) are all very supportive. It's a great programme. Totally recommend it.
