What does it say that instead of critic's blurbs, they've taken comments from internet users about a film they haven't even seen. I'm glad it's getting a fairly wide release, but quoting message board users??? Tht's what Canadian film promotion has come to?
P.S. My word verification word was mench. I just thought that was funny.
Surely it's ironic? Many of the ads quoting "critics" are really bullcrap in a prom dress -- isn't this a riff on that? I think it's funny.
Mary, if the film were a comedy, I might agree with you. It's not though, so I think they're actually serious with it.
Maybe it's the movie that got it wrong. ;-)
