Incidentally, both CRAFTY SCREENWRITING and CRAFTY TV WRITING are now out on Kindle and other electronic devices.

I did a bit of cleanup on CRAFTY SCREENWRITING. It's not a second edition, but I have updated it where the industry has moved -- for example, queries are now mostly by email, and it's rare that you would actually mail someone a script.

I've read both these. I'm British, so the business side of the books were less useful to me than to many - but the parts that focussed on craft were worth the price of admission on their own. Thanks, Alex!

I love your writing, your books, and your blog. However...Crafty Screenwriting -- Mr. Smith Goes to Washington -- he was a SENATOR, not in the House. :) You can't filibuster in the house. :)
