You can now sign up for my two day comedy writing workshop, the Sitcom Room.
It will be held in Los Angeles on July 21-22. For two days you’ll experience what it’s like to actually be in a writing room. I’ll have actors to perform your scene and drive you crazy. I’ll have studio and network notes. Instruction and guidance. Camaraderie and much laughter. When you’re not pulling your hair out by the roots you will be having a helluva time.

You know how I'm down on film schooll? This is different. This is a short seminar with a guy who does this for a living.
If I were in LA, I would probably go and take his class.
What are you waiting for?

I'd be there in a heartbeat if I was anywhere near LA. But as it is, I probably can't make it, even if I was to eat nothing but Ramen noodles from now until July.
I'll be looking into the price of kidneys on the black market though...
I do live in L.A. but do not have $1,000...
Great idea by Ken and it seems like he'll fill his 15 spots pretty quickly (half the spots are filled already), but $ 1000 to shell out for 2 days?! Yikes.
Kinda like a fantasy baseball camp for for old guys in suits (no offense dad) except replace the baseball diamond with a hotel Hilton.
I'm guessing that the only people who can afford to pay that kind of money are people who would ahve liked to pursue that line of work years ago.
