Q. How can I find a writing group?
I've posted a section of my book about writing groups
and how great they are.
Are you looking for a writing group in your home town? Please consider this post page a resource. If you're starting a writing group, or looking for fellow writers to get together with, please leave your info in the comments below. Be sure to include your home town, your eddress, and your rough level (aspiring / emerging / pro -- it's usually best if everyone's in the same place more or less in their level of craft).

I'm an aspiring writer looking for, or willing to start, a writing group in Montreal. You can reach me at songteller (at) gmail (dot) com. Please mention "Writing Group" in the subject line.
Great idea, Alex. I've been casually looking for a writing group in Vancouver, but with no luck. I'm an aspiring screenwriter who enjoys horseback riding, walks on the beach and base jumping. To email me, just click on my blogger profile and you'll find my email address.
I'm an aspiring writer in Ottawa. You can write me at simon (dot) prefontaine (at) gmail.
I run a small writing group in the Kansas City area, Lee's Summit specifically. We're more or less aspiring, though some of us are more focused than others. I'd love to get a critique subset going for those who churn out material on a regular basis.
If anyone's interested in attending, shoot me an e-mail at izzi (dot) ditty (at) gmail (dot) com, and I'll pass along the details.
Thanks for the forum, Mr. Epstein!
