THANKS FOR THE EYE
Thanks to writergurl for catching many typoes in my TV FAQ. I hope the ideas are still valid -- I haven't looked at it since September. But it's all going to have to come down anyway when the book comes out, so read it while it's up there...
Hi. I really enjoy reading your blog. It's updated often and is very insightful. You mentioned in the TV FAQ (under the 'How do I get a gig on a TV show' section) that it is not easy to get people to read spec scripts for The O.C. It is a very popular show and it seems odd that no one is interested in this type of material. Can you elaborate? Thanks. :)

Not really. That was just some buzz I heard. Maybe development people don't watch the show...

Well, I guess I'll be cutting and pasting the FAQ pretty soon - I've found it very informative and will be sorry to see it go.
On the other hand, consider me sold on the book already.
