Worst Movie Ever, This Week
GQ has a blog where two guys rip the worst movie of the week. It's like watching MST3K while crashing from too much X. But reading it instead of watching it. Or something. Funny. And now I don't have to see LEGION. Or DAYBREAKERS.
I've lost all patience for these kinds of juvenile "reviews." What is it about human nature that draws people to that type of shit? A large group of people spend months or years of their lives putting a film together, and a couple idiots with a keyboard spend 20 minutes vomiting their braindroppings into a posting about how bad the film is. This kind of crap is pervasive in the internet age and serves no purpose whatsoever.
It's one thing to honestly review a film and say "this doesn't work because," and quite another to snarkily shit on people's work. It's like a mob of stupid, pitchfork-wielding villagers tromping through the virtual world.
